Custom Functions Plugin

Description

Almost every WordPress webmaster either has had to or will have to make changes to their functions.php file at some point in time. That is a risky adventure as this file can make or break your website. Additionally, if you build using the Oxygen Builder (like us), you flat-out don't have a functions.php file or theme installed. This plugin is a super lightweight and effective to create custom functions and work with or without a theme installed.
